Learn basic and advanced clinical supervision skills. Explore strategies to address concerns that the supervisor may see and experience in supervision. Identify and explore the imposter syndrome as needed with supervisees who present with lack of confidence in their skills, a need for skills training, uncertainty around the population that they most want to work with, and concerns around their scope of practice. Learn 5 solutions for addressing it. Case studies will involve both SA and MH. NCASPPB approved. See NBCC approval statement below. NCASPPB approved.
