DESCRIPTION: Whether you are new to Emotional Freedom Technique or just want to brush up on your EFT skills, this workshop will support both. EFT is a type of Energy Psychology using tapping points on the neurological system to bring about an emotional reduction of symptoms and emotional release leading to emotional freedom. First discovered by Gary Craig, EFT is an evidenced based treatment that has grown in popularity as both a treatment and a self-help modality. Come learn and practice both the basics and some advanced techniques. The book, The EFT Manual by Dawson Church is encouraged but not required. OBJECTIVES:
1. Learn and practice the basic neurological tapping points and protocol of EFT.
2. Learn basic and advanced methods of addressing emotional activation through EFT skills.
